Referral programme terms
Last updated: 09/2026
These terms govern the takecare.jobs referral programme: you recommend TakeCare, and if it leads to a placement, you both receive CHF 50. The German version prevails.
1. Who can take part
Anyone with a TakeCare candidate account who is of legal age. You can only refer people who are not yet in our talent pool and who register through your personal link. Employees of Take Care Recruiting AG are excluded from the reward.
2. How it works
Your account holds your personal link (takecare.jobs/r/…). When someone registers through it, we record the referral automatically and you can see its status in your account. The link is permanent and any number of people may use it. If someone finds us another way, we cannot assign the referral afterwards.
3. Conditions for the reward
The reward arises when the referred person starts a position through TakeCare and completes the probation period. The contractually agreed probation period applies; if none was agreed, three months from the start date. The reward is granted once per referred person — the first recorded referral counts.
4. Amount and payment
The reward is CHF 50 for you and CHF 50 for the person you referred. We pay within 30 days of the conditions being met. We agree the payment method with you; the details required for it — your bank account, for instance — are requested only at the time of payment and kept only as long as processing and statutory retention periods require.
5. Limits and misuse
You cannot refer yourself, including via a second e-mail address. At most 20 referrals that have not yet led to a placement may be open at one time; placed and paid referrals do not count towards this. Invented registrations, bulk sending to uninvolved people, and paid advertising on TakeCare brand terms are not permitted. Where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, we may withhold a reward and end participation.
6. Tax and social insurance
The reward is taxable for the person receiving it; we make no deduction. If you are in an employment relationship with TakeCare — on a temporary assignment, for example — the reward may count as salary subject to social insurance, in which case we settle it through payroll.
7. Data protection
We record who referred whom and the status of the referral. You see the first name and the initial of the surname of the person who registered through your link, together with their status — nothing more. We do not ask you for the contact details of the person you refer: they register themselves. Our privacy policy applies in all other respects.
8. No cost to job seekers
Participation is free. All TakeCare services are free of charge for job seekers (Art. 9 AVG); the referral programme does not change that.
9. Changes and termination
We may change or end the programme at any time. Rewards whose conditions are already met at that point will be paid. There is no entitlement to participation in the programme as such.
10. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich; mandatory places of jurisdiction are reserved. Questions about the programme: hallo@takecare.jobs.
