When a family practice loses its MPA, the front desk, the phone, the lab, the X-ray room and the billing go too. Few practices have an HR department to absorb it — the search happens between consultations. We take it on: MPAs, practice coordinators (MPK), medical secretaries and physicians for GP and specialist practices, group practices and outpatient clinics (Ambulatorien), approached through our own network — including people who answer no advert.
