Success-based and transparent: you pay only on signature. We discuss terms openly in the first call — including the guarantee period. No retainers for standard mandates, no hidden surcharges.
How fast do we receive candidates?
For temporary assignments, often the same day. For permanent roles it depends on the requirement profile, the salary band and the region.
What does 'AI-assisted' mean in practice — who sees our data?
Our AI agents search our own network and public sources, prioritise matches and handle admin. Your data is processed under the Swiss FADP and never used to train third-party models, documents are kept in protected, non-public storage, and every recommendation is reviewed by an accountable recruiter.
Do you handle confidential searches?
Yes — a core business. We fill successions and leadership changes without public postings. Your name is disclosed only to candidates under confidentiality, after your go-ahead.
Do you work across Switzerland?
Yes — German-speaking Switzerland, Romandie and Ticino. Internationally, we recruit only professionals with recognised diplomas or recognition underway.
