This privacy policy explains how Take Care Recruiting AG processes personal data — under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Data we process
Application data (CV, diplomas, references, registry extracts NAREG/MedReg), contact data, website usage data and information from personal conversations. Sensitive data is processed only as far as necessary for placement.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Recruitment and staff leasing (performance of contract), talent-pool management (consent, revocable at any time), newsletter (consent), and website improvement (legitimate interest).
4. Disclosure to employers
Your file is shared exclusively with your explicit approval, per institution. Block lists are enforced technically.
5. Hosting and security
The website and uploaded application documents are hosted in EU data centres (Frankfurt am Main). We use Resend (USA) to deliver form notifications and DeepSeek for the optional chat assistant. Transfers abroad take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses or an adequate level of protection. State-of-the-art technical and organisational measures apply.
6. Retention and your rights
Application data is deleted after the process ends, or kept in the talent pool with consent (reviewed every 24 months). You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use technically necessary cookies only. We run no analytics and no third-party ad-network tracking. Pages with a map view load Google Maps, which transmits your IP address to Google.
