These terms govern the use of takecare.jobs and the services of Take Care Recruiting AG (recruitment and staff leasing under the Swiss Recruitment Act, AVG).
1. Services
TakeCare places professionals with healthcare institutions (permanent, temporary, try & hire, executive search). All services are free of charge for job seekers (Art. 9 AVG).
2. Employer terms
Fees are success-based and agreed in writing before a mandate starts, including a guarantee period with free replacement. There are no hidden surcharges.
3. User obligations
Information in profiles and applications must be truthful. Diplomas and registrations are verified; misrepresentation leads to exclusion.
4. Liability
TakeCare reviews dossiers with care but does not warrant the success of any employment. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
5. Governing law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, subject to mandatory venues.
