Take Care Recruiting is based on Seidengasse in the middle of Zurich and is led by Jonas Benner. He brings five years of recruitment experience — and an understanding of what sets healthcare apart from every other industry.
Their conviction: recruiting can and must deliver more. It takes reliability, genuine listening and the clear goal of making a tangible contribution — for professionals, for institutions, and for the people who depend on a working health system every day.
Take Care places qualified healthcare staff in permanent and temporary roles — with hospitals, care homes and other medical institutions across Switzerland. At the centre: quality, dependability and a feel for where talent truly fits.

A placement only works if it works for both sides. So we never treat one side as merchandise for the other.
