What does the service cost me?
Nothing — not now, not later. Our service is paid by employers. That's how Swiss recruitment law (AVG) intends it, and it's our principle.
Will my current employer learn about my search?
No. Your file leaves TakeCare only with your explicit approval, per institution. Block lists (e.g. your current employer) are set up by default.
I hold a foreign diploma — can you place me?
Yes. We handle the correspondence with the SRK, MEBEKO and the other bodies, and — depending on the role and what we agree — we cover the recognition costs. We also support you with finding a flat, with insurance and with the authorities.
Do you also place part-time and temporary roles?
Yes — from 60 % for permanent roles, plus temporary assignments. Tell us what fits your life and we will find the setting for it.
How fast will I find a new role?
As fast as you want it to be. Some sign within a fortnight; others take months because they are waiting for the right team rather than the next opening. You set the pace, and we will say plainly when a wish is unrealistic in your canton.
