We pass on a dossier with your name and documents only if you have agreed to it going to that institution. Without your name and contact details, we may present your profile to institutions that have a suitable role. Such a profile can also reach your current employer — tell your contact person where you do not want to be presented.

Yes. For nurses, midwives and FaGe (healthcare assistants) we take over the entire recognition process with the SRK (Swiss Red Cross), for physicians with MEBEKO: we file the application and cover the recognition costs. Nursing assistants (Pflegehilfe) do not go through recognition but through the SRK equivalence procedure «Gleichwertigkeit Pflegehelfende SRK» — we file that application too and cover its costs. For MPAs we check whether recognition is needed at all. If your qualification does not map clearly — for example Pflegeassistenz (Austria), OSS (Italy), aide-soignant (France) or Altenpflege (Germany) — we work out with you which procedure applies. We also support you with finding a flat, with insurance and with the authorities.

As fast as you want it to be. Some sign within a fortnight; others take months because they are waiting for the right team rather than the next opening. You set the pace, and we will say plainly when a wish is unrealistic in your canton.

That depends on the role. For a permanent position we only place you: you sign your employment contract directly with the institution, and it is your employer. A temporary assignment works differently: we employ you, and you work at the organisation we hire you out to. For both, placement and staff leasing, we hold the federal licence under the Swiss Recruitment Act (AVG).

No. We review your dossier, present you to suitable employers and support you until you have an offer. Whether it leads to a job is decided in the end by the institution and by you. Our terms say the same.

No. Whether your foreign diploma is recognised is decided by the competent body: depending on your profession the SRK (Swiss Red Cross), MEBEKO or SERI. Your residence and work permit is issued by the canton. What we take on for your application is set out in the answer on foreign diplomas. We cannot speed up the decision.
